THE 2020 CONFERENCE HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO COVID-19 AND RESCHEDULED FOR MAY 19-21, 2021
Any participants already registered will be contacted by someone from the conference. Those already registered can move their registration to the May Conference or obtain a full refund.
Pre-Conference (Wednesday May 19th)
Pediatric Case Studies & Skills Lab “When Pigs Fly” – The Preconference session is an all-day pediatric session designed for participants to obtain their 8 hours of required pediatric training for license renewal. Cost is $65.00 and lunch is on your own.
Conference (Thursday & Friday May 20th & 21st)
The main conference includes two days of exciting topics geared to keep you interest and provide you with knowledge and training to make you a better pre-hospital provider. Speakers for this year have years of experience in their field and will bring a wealth of knowledge and excitement to their topics.
The full conference includes snacks and drinks during the break sessions and is good for eight contact hours of continuing education each day.
LUNCH IS INCLUDED IF REGISTERED BY March 1, 2021. Lunch each day will be served at the hotel and will be a Burger Bar on Thursday and a Taco Bar on Friday.

$65 Pediatric Pre-Conference; or

After August 1st, 2020 the fee will NOT include Lunch on the 10th and 11th.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before March 1, 2021 are fully refundable. We can not accept cancellations after August 1st. If we cancel the conference due to COVID-19 or for any other reason all registrants will receive a full refund.
Lodging
The Holiday Inn of Johnson City will be the site of this year’s conference. Located just off of I-26 and North Roan Street, the Holiday Inn has special room rates of $90.00 for attendees. Contact the Holiday Inn at 423.282.4611 and tell them you are attending the EMS Conference to receive the discounted rate, before August 18th. The special rates are not guaranteed after this date.
